SignSpeakScribe.com is a dedicated job board for language access professionals and employers.

Established in 2024, SignSpeakScribe.com was created to make it easier for professionals to discover opportunities and for employers to reach people working across the language access industry—including sign language interpreting, spoken language interpreting, captioning and transcription, translation, audio description, and supporting roles.

Our goal is simple: make language access careers easier to find and easier to hire for.

SignSpeakScribe.com was founded by Bradley Johnson, whose professional accounting career has provided firsthand experience across several areas of the language access profession.

Bradley has worked in accounting for Human Resources, an interpreting referral agency, and the CATIE Center at St. Catherine University, where he provided accounting support for two grant programs: Graduation to Certification and Mental Health Interpreting.

His accounting experience also includes working with Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) as a professional certification organization and Center for Assessment of Sign Language Interpretation (CASLI), which develops and administers exams for RID.

Through these experiences, Bradley gained a broad understanding of the organizations, programs, professionals, and business operations that support the language access field.

That experience helped inspire the creation of SignSpeakScribe.com—a dedicated place where language access professionals can discover career opportunities and employers can reach professionals in the field.
